Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a hands-on network engineer to manage and maintain Cisco network infrastructure, Fortinet security solutions, and VPN connectivity across regional sites in Singapore.

You will collaborate with global IT teams and on-site OT stakeholders, perform end-to-end troubleshooting with Wireshark, TCPdump, and iperf, and follow ITIL processes using ServiceNow to ensure operational reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing Cisco networking infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Fortinet security solutions and firewall administration.
• Experience configuring and maintaining VPNs and firewall rules.
• Proficiency in packet analysis and network troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Cisco network infrastructure, including Catalyst switches, wireless networks, and Catalyst Center.
• Administer Fortinet security solutions, including FortiManager, FortiClient EMS, and FortiGate firewalls.
• Configure and manage VPN connectivity, firewall policies, NAT rules, security zoning, and HA environments.
• Perform end-to-end network troubleshooting using Wireshark, TCPdump, and iperf.
• Support Greenfield and Brownfield projects, deployments, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure expansion.
• Follow ITIL processes by managing incidents, changes, and documentation through ServiceNow.
• Maintain and support physical network infrastructure including copper and fiber cabling and on-site connectivity.

• Perform end-to-end network troubleshooting and packet analysis using tools such as Wireshark and TCPdump.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security using PRTG.
• Support network deployment, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects across regional sites.
• Manage incidents and change requests in accordance with ITIL processes using ServiceNow.
• Maintain network cabling and fiber infrastructure, including copper, fiber connections.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and on-site OT stakeholders to ensure operational reliability.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshooting at industrial and operational facilities.
