Job summary

Health Promotion Board (HPB) seeks a highly motivated behavioural scientist to lead the development of implementation science capabilities in public health. This role shapes how evidence-based interventions are translated from research to real-world impact at population scale, contributing to national health priorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Health Sciences, Social Sciences or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree or certifications in behavioural science strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of project management and implementation experience.
• Demonstrated experience in behavioural science application, implementation research, or evidence translation in real-world setting.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with cross-functional teams.
