Job summary

Health Promotion Board is seeking a dynamic professional to translate behavioural and implementation science into real-world public health programmes at population scale. You will work within the Implementation Science department, aligning evidence with practice and shaping national health priorities.

You will lead collaborative efforts across teams and partners to design, implement, and evaluate flagship programmes, ensuring rigorous translation from strategy to on-the-ground operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in any field; public health or behavioural sciences background is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in programme or project management.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in complex organisations.
• Experience engaging with external consultants and vendors is advantageous.
• Clear and confident communication across diverse audiences and contexts.

Responsibilities

• Translate behavioural and implementation science into real-world public health programmes at population scale.
• Drive implementation by coordinating cross-functional teams and partners to translate strategy into ground operations.
• Capture learnings to inform future programme phases and the board’s evidence base.
• Support design, implementation, and evaluation of flagship programmes in collaboration with HPB teams and partners.
