Job summary

ASME CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accounts executive to manage a diverse portfolio of clients’ accounts, GST reporting, and payroll matters, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

The role involves independently preparing full sets of accounts for multiple clients, providing on-site support at client offices when needed, and preparing GST and Income Tax Returns in line with regulatory requirements. Experience with SFRS is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Full set of accounts for multiple clients.
• GST reporting and payroll handling.
• On-site client support when required to ensure timely reporting.
• Experience with unaudited financial statements under SFRS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts for multiple clients with accuracy.
• Provide on-site support at clients' offices to ensure up-to-date reporting.
• Prepare GST and Income Tax Returns for clients per regulatory requirements.
• Assist in compiling unaudited financial statements under SFRS where applicable.

We are a boutique accounting, tax and corporate services company based in the Central Region. We are looking for an experienced accounts executive with hands on experiences in managing a diverse portfolio of clients' accounts, GST reporting and payroll matters to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

The candidate is expected to independently prepare full set of accounts for multiple clients ensuring accuracy and compliance, provide on-site support at clients' offices if needed to ensure up-to-date reporting and prepare GST and Income Tax Returns for clients in accordance with regulatory requirements. Experience in compilation of unaudited financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is an added advantage.
