Job summary

ACCTON TECHNOLOGY SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Technician to execute manufacturing operations in accordance with standardized procedures, ensuring product quality and process compliance.

The role involves operating production equipment per SOP/WI, SMT process-related machine operation and maintenance, and performing assembly tasks. The candidate should have high school or ITE qualifications and manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of machine operation and assembly processes.
• Ability to follow SOP and Work Instructions.
• Basic inspection capability.
• ESD and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to SOP and WI.
• SMT process machine operation and maintenance (Solder paste, chip mounting, reflow oven).
• Perform assembly and processing tasks for products.
• Conduct basic visual and functional inspections for SMT SPI, AOI, AXI equipment.
• Possess practical experience in feeder loading and unloading.
• Follow ESD and safety requirements.
• Report abnormalities, defects, or equipment issues.
• Maintain 5S workplace standards.
• Support production efficiency and quality improvement.
