Job summary

IKLEEN Specialist PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a manufacturing technician to operate equipment, perform quality checks, and support continuous improvement efforts. The role requires following SOPs, maintaining production logs, and ensuring compliance with ISO and industry standards.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems, pneumatic tools, and basic software diagnostics, contributing to efficient, compliant production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate manufacturing machinery and hand tools according to blueprints, schematics, and SOPs.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products, and run functional tests to ensure specifications are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnose or repair faults in electro-mechanical, pneumatic, or software systems.
• Maintain accurate production logs and ensure adherence to regulatory standards (ISO 9001, cGMP, ISO 13485).
• Participate in Lean manufacturing, 5S, and PPI to minimize waste and optimize operations.
