Job summary

We are seeking a friendly Smoothie Barista to join our takeaway smoothie bar at TSSCO PTE. LTD. You will prepare smoothies, smoothie bowls and light bites, operate blenders and POS, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers on-site shifts near Marine Terrace MRT, with training provided. Prior F&B or barista experience is welcome but not required, and candidates should be able to stand for long periods and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Prepare smoothies, smoothie bowls and light bites according to standard recipes.
• Operate blenders, food preparation equipment, and POS systems.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation in accordance with food safety standards.
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service.
• Assist with ingredient preparation, stock checks, and replenishment.
• Handle orders and cashless payments accurately.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow operational procedures.
• Good personal hygiene and attention to cleanliness.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Prior F&B or barista experience is an advantage but not required.

Working Hours and Location

• Shift-based (weekday: 1st shift:10.20am to 4.30pm; 2nd shift: 4.30pm to 10pm) (weekend: 1st shift: 9.45am to 4.30pm; 4.30pm to 10.30pm)
• Location: 1 min walk from Marine terrace MRT
