Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Process Control System (PCS) Engineer to start up, develop and optimize semiconductor processes, improve yield, cost and risk management, and resolve manufacturing line issues. You will apply FMEA, SPC/FDC methods and coordinate equipment/material evaluations.

You will work on AI-enabled control solutions, machine learning and data analysis to deliver reliable, high-quality output and contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Integrates AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contributes to continuous improvement through AI-enabled enhancements.
• Develops and implements smart control solutions for manufacturing.
• Provides technical advice and supports process control implementation.
• Performs data analysis and modeling to identify variation sources.
• Engages with KEG team on data collection and limits setup.
