SMART THEORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Smart Home Consultant to join our growing Singapore team.

The role is technical, customer-facing and backed by training; no prior smart home experience is required, and you will learn on the job. This 6-month contract offers a base salary from S$2,200 per month, plus project-based incentives of up to S$1,500 monthly. Total compensation ranges roughly from S$2,200 to S$3,700, with about 60% on-site and 40% work-from-home.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of working experience
• Fresh graduates welcome and candidates with no prior experience
• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or Degree qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure smart home devices and systems at client homes
• Set up and troubleshoot devices such as smart switches, sensors, lighting, curtains and hubs
• Explain smart home devices clearly to homeowners
• Handle client inquiries and post-install troubleshooting
• Coordinate project schedules and installation timelines
• Lead and coordinate part-time technicians during projects
