Job summary

INNOFLEX PTE. LTD. is seeking a Building Systems & Sustainability Engineer in Singapore to bridge ACMV engineering, BMS, and data-driven optimisation.

You will drive intelligent, sustainable building solutions and support digital platforms across project teams, service operations, and R&D platforms. The role focuses on system integration, performance monitoring, and energy efficiency, contributing to Green Mark initiatives and ESG reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• 2–5 years of ACMV, BMS, or building services engineering experience.
• Experience with HVAC systems, controls, or facility management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of ACMV systems with BMS and smart control platforms.
• Review HVAC schematics, control logic, and system sequences for operability.
• Coordinate with project and service teams on installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS-related works.
• Monitor building performance through BMS, IoT devices, and digital platforms; analyze data to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track system performance and energy trends.
• Identify opportunities for energy savings and optimisation.
