Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in facilities management or building engineering.
• Strong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), IoT devices, and smart building technologies.
• Knowledge of ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems in commercial or industrial buildings.
• Experience with energy management and sustainable building operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and diagnostic tools for system performance monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
• Experience in managing and leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems; ensure safety compliance.
• Staff management: plan resources, discipline, and achieve targets.
• Integrate IoT and BMS to monitor building functions and analyze data.
• Develop energy-saving strategies; optimize lighting, HVAC, and envelopes.
• Oversee security systems: access control, surveillance, occupancy sensors.
• Lead facility upgrade projects; coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain records.
• Assist budgeting and control spend.
• Vendor and people management; maintain vendor relationships.
• Support other Singapore sites as needed.
