Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sleep Technician to perform quality polysomnography services, preparing patients for sleep studies, calibrating equipment and collecting data for interpretation.

The role ensures safe and accurate use of CPAP therapy, conducts mask fittings, helps generate sleep study reports, and participates in ongoing quality improvement activities to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science or health sciences related discipline.
• Relevant experience in EEG studies will be advantageous.
• Able to perform shift duties.

Job description

You will be responsible for performing quality polysomnography services which include the preparation of patients for sleep study, calibration of equipment, collection of sleep study data and interpretation of data.You will ensure the safe and accurate use of Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) therapy and appropriate mask fitting. In addition, you will assist in generating sleep study reports, as well as participate in quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Degree or Diplomain Life Sciences, Biomedical Science or health sciences related discipline.

• Relevantexperience in electroencephalogram (EEG) studies will be advantageous.

• Ableto perform shift duties
