Job summary

You will build relationships, upsell solutions, and collaborate with the team to hit targets while handling cashiering and daily operations as needed. Must have 2+ years of skincare retail experience and be flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in proactive cosmetic or beauty sales (retail setting).
• Strong understanding of skincare and cosmetic products.
• Results-oriented with a passion for sales and the beauty industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Willing to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with walk-in shoppers and distributing product samples.
• Proactively approaching potential customers and delivering a compelling sales pitch.
• Demonstrating skincare products and providing personalized skincare consultations.
• Recommending appropriate treatments and product solutions based on customer needs.
• Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborating with teammates to meet individual and store-wide sales targets.
• Delivering top-notch customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Supporting daily store operations such as cashiering, inventory checks, and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Store Manager.
