Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Orchard location is seeking a skincare retail associate to promote products and deliver consultations with customers over the counter. The role emphasizes personalized advice and building trust with shoppers in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will drive sales, maintain merchandising standards, and deliver high-quality service while working 5 days per week including weekends and public holidays. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• GCE O/N Level or equivalent.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promote skincare products and provide product recommendations to customers over the counter
• Deliver skincare consultations and product demonstrations to support sales targets and KPIs
• Build strong customer relationships while providing high-quality customer service
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure accurate stock and transaction records
• Support in-store engagement activities and contribute ideas to improve customer experience
