You will ensure everyone represents the brand with accurate product knowledge, consistent messaging and engaging demonstrations, delivering comprehensive sessions both in classroom and live formats as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in skincare, beauty, cosmetics or related industries preferred.
• Fluent English; Mandarin an advantage.
• Confident public speaker with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Train internal teams, sales representatives, livestream hosts, beauty advisors, distributors and business partners on skincare products.
• Develop training materials including decks, manuals, FAQs and product sheets.
• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and explain texture, application and benefits clearly.
• Assess trainee readiness and provide coaching; conduct refresher sessions.

Role Overview

A premium skincare company is looking for a confident, knowledgeable and engaging Skincare Product Trainer to train internal teams, sales representatives, livestream hosts, beauty advisors, distributors and business partners on its skincare products.

The trainer will be responsible for ensuring that everyone representing the brand understands the products accurately, communicates the benefits confidently and delivers a consistent brand message to customers.

This role is suitable for someone with strong skincare knowledge who is also comfortable presenting, demonstrating products and conducting structured training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Training

• Conduct comprehensive training on skincare products, including:
• Product functions and benefits
• Key ingredients and actives
• Product texture and application
• Recommended skincare sequence
• Suitable skin types and customer profiles
• Usage frequency and product pairing
• Product differentiation and unique selling points
• Explain technical and scientific product information in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
• Ensure all product claims communicated during training remain accurate and compliant.

Practical Demonstrations

• Demonstrate the correct application of skincare products.
• Conduct hands‑on product demonstrations for the team.
• Train staff on how to explain texture, absorption, application method and product experience.
• Demonstrate face mask and eye mask application where applicable.
• Guide staff on how to conduct customer product demonstrations professionally.

Sales & Customer Communication Training

• Train sales teams on how to introduce and recommend products based on customer concerns and needs.
• Develop effective product‑selling points and customer consultation approaches.
• Train staff on:
  • Product introduction
  • Customer needs analysis
  • Product recommendation
  • Handling customer objections
  • Cross‑selling and product bundling
  • Encouraging repeat purchases
• Help sales representatives communicate product benefits without overclaiming.

Livestream & Content Training

• Train livestream hosts and content creators on how to present products confidently on camera.
• Develop key talking points and product demonstration flows for livestreaming.
• Guide hosts on explaining ingredients and product benefits naturally rather than sounding overly scripted.
• Support the marketing team with product knowledge for videos, campaigns and educational content.

Training Materials

• Prepare and maintain:
  • Product training decks
  • Training manuals
  • Product knowledge sheets
  • FAQs
  • Product comparison charts
  • Application guides
  • Sales scripts and talking points
• Update training materials whenever products, formulations or marketing messages change.

Training Assessment

• Conduct product knowledge tests, role‑play exercises and practical assessments.
• Evaluate whether trainees are ready to represent and sell the products independently.
• Identify areas where additional coaching is required.
• Conduct refresher training periodically.

Requirements

• Experience in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, aesthetics or related industries preferred.
• Prior experience as a skincare trainer, beauty trainer, product trainer, beauty advisor, therapist or educator is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and product application.
• Comfortable explaining scientific skincare concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Confident public speaker with strong presentation skills.
• Able to conduct both classroom‑style and practical training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and during livestream training.
• Able to engage different audiences, from new sales representatives to experienced beauty professionals.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Able to travel occasionally for training or events if required.
