Qualifications

• Certification or relevant experience in beauty therapy.
• Proficiency in English, with strong communication, presentation, and sales follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional training sessions on professional skincare to clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations, explaining treatment procedures, safety guidelines, and recommended protocols to prospective clients.
• Generate leads, arrange appointments, and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, beauty businesses, and key decision-makers to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide hands‑on guidance, post‑training follow‑ups, and ongoing product and technical support to enhance client satisfaction and product effectiveness.
• Support client presentations, marketing activities, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of beauty trends, aesthetic technologies, competitors, and sales activities to represent the company professionally and advise clients accurately.

Required competencies and certifications

• Previous experience as a beauty trainer, therapist, aesthetic consultant, or beauty and aesthetic equipment sales specialist
• Experience in B2B sales to clinics or beauty businesses, with the ability to develop leads and close sales
• Confidence working with beauty professionals, clinic teams, business owners, and key decision-makers
