Job summary

ABSOLUTE MS (S) PTE. LTD. seeks a Sales trainer to deliver expert training on professional skincare and aesthetic devices to clinics and beauty businesses in Singapore.

You will conduct product demonstrations, explain procedures, and guide clients toward informed purchasing decisions. You will generate leads, arrange appointments, and pursue sales opportunities to meet targets while building lasting relationships with clinics and beauty studios.

Qualifications

• Certification or relevant experience in beauty therapy, aesthetics, cosmetology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English with strong communication, presentation, and sales follow-up skills.
• Experience in B2B sales to clinics or beauty businesses.
• Independent, organized, target-driven, and customer-focused work approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional training sessions on professional skincare to clients, ensuring clear understanding of product use and benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations, explaining treatment procedures, safety guidelines, and recommended protocols to prospective clients to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Generate leads, arrange appointments, and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, beauty businesses, and key decision-makers to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide hands-on guidance, post-training follow-ups, and ongoing product and technical support to enhance client satisfaction and product effectiveness.
• Support client presentations, marketing activities, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, aesthetic technologies, competitors, and sales activities to represent the company professionally and advise clients accurately.

• Confidence working with beauty professionals, clinic teams, business owners, and key decision-makers
