You will ensure drawings are coordinated for retailers, shopfitters, and brand communications, while maintaining project timelines. The role requires 3–5 years in retail design with strong software proficiency (Vectorworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite) and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• BA(HONS) Architecture or Interior degree from Singapore/APAC region.
• 3–5 years in leading shopfitter/construction with retail design focus.
• Proficient in MAC, Adobe suite, Vectorworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Strong time management, agility & results orientation.
• Interest in working for market leading brands.

Aufgaben

• Ensure all projects are completely supported & studied to the brand requirements.
• Review site requirements & share potential solutions.
• Own the library of materials with clarity of choices available by market. The timely up to date of these material specs is important for the department.
• Ensure teamwork & clear communication to stakeholders; regional shop-fitters, project managers, indirect procurement, material suppliers. The brand regional director is a key enabler on choices of materials.
• Ensure quality technical build drawings for skincare projects
• Ensure a high level of accuracy that allows for effective delivery of design & communication for the Manager.
• On occasions driving changes to the retailer requirements to store sites will be required.
