Job summary

INNOCON BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site supervisor to oversee formwork safety, coordinate concrete piling, and manage a team on construction sites in Singapore.

The role requires strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach to meet tight schedules and budgets. You will ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health policies, supervise direct workers, report manpower and machinery to the Project Manager, and ensure RC and piling works are performed to quality

Qualifications

• Supervise formwork safety cert and BCSS cert.
• Familiar with RC and Bored Piling works with minimum 3 year working experience.
• Able to produce good RC products within construction budget and timeline.
• Supervise and manage direct workers.
• Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.
• Organize and supervise house-keeping and safety implementation.
• Control material wastage and unproductive deployment of workers.
• Report daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.
• Follow up and ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.
• Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.
