Job summary

HWA CHENG DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to organize and supervise construction site activities, coordinating with foremen to ensure timely progress.

You will prepare attendance and progress documents for monthly claims, inspect safety, and liaise with customers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and supervise the construction site job to each foreman.
• Prepare workers' attendance and workdone documents for QS to submit monthly claim.
• Inspection with RE / RTO.
• Monitor timber, plywood and rebar materials usage to prevent damage, wastage or loss.
• Ensure workers working on site in safe condition.
• Liaise with customers with regards to all site matters and meetings if required.
• Liaise with Sub-contractors of their work progress and supervise their work in safety requirement.

Job description

8. Able to communicate with PRC and NTS employees.
