Job summary

WAAN Construction PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee civil and structural works on a major project in Singapore. You will coordinate with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure work is performed per design and schedule.

The role requires liaising with authorities and stakeholders, conducting inspections, and ensuring quality across excavation, piling, road works, and related civil tasks. Rotating shifts and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with authorities, client and consultant to execute the work as per specification and authority’s requirements
• Liaise with engineer and foreman to execute the work as per planning for the project
• Carry out the inspection with RTO/RE as per specification and approved design
• Supervise and coordinate with the subcontractors for the assigned site activities to meet schedule and control the quality of the work
• Supervise civil and structure works such as excavation (open cut and deep), rock blasting, piling, sheet piling, strutting, ground improvement, RC and steel structures, road works
• Coordinate closely with M&E and Architectural work related to structure work
• Coordinate with SWC (system wide contractors) of LTA for structure and civil work
• Required to work rotating shifts and weekends when necessary

• Requires to work on shift. Rotating shift and weekend when necessary.
