Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to help maintain a safe working environment on project sites. You will lead safety inspections, ensure compliance with WSH requirements, and support risk assessments and safe work procedures.

Responsibilities include conducting toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings, monitoring workers’ practices, and coordinating with project teams and subcontractors to implement workplace safety policies.

Qualifications

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in safety.
• LTA project working experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Ensure compliance with WSH requirements, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and site inductions.
• Monitor workers’ safety practices
• Assist with incident investigations and safety documentation.
• Coordinate safety matters with project team, workers and subcontractors.
• Support the implementation of workplace safety policies and procedures.
