Job summary

Sterling Engineers PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee civil and structural works on-site in Singapore.

You will monitor installations in line with approved drawings and statutory requirements, and report any non-conformities to the Qualified Person (QP). The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of relevant building experience, is registered or eligible for RRE accreditation with IES or ACES, and holds BCSS certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building works.
• BCSS certification is preferred.
• RRE accreditation by IES or ACES is required.
• In-depth knowledge of statutory codes and requirements.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil and structural works per approved drawings and specs.
• Conduct in-progress inspections and report non-conformities to the Qualified Person (QP).
• Attend site coordination and quality meetings.
• Witness inspections and testing to ensure compliance with designs.
