Job summary

Lightspeed Studios is seeking a dedicated operations professional in Singapore to focus on daily backend operations in business security. Responsibilities include operations planning, routine maintenance, and emergency handling, alongside the development of operational metrics and efficiency tools.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and proficiency in scripting languages like Shell or Python, with a strong interpersonal and logical thinking ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• Familiar with Linux/Unix systems and development environments.
• Proficient in one scripting language such as Shell or Python.
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, ELK preferred; experience in building operations tool platforms is a plus.
• Familiar with TCP/IP network communication, capable of packet capturing and problem analysis.
• Strong logical thinking, communication, and stress management skills.
• Strong sense of mission in operations, strong ownership, responsibility, and execution.
