Job summary

AIR LIQUIDE ADVANCED MATERIALS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Quality Leader to direct the Quality Team in achieving site objectives and global KPIs. You will mentor the quality organization and drive continuous improvement across processes, data analysis, and supplier interactions.

The role emphasizes leadership in quality management systems, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure supplier and customer satisfaction while maintaining robust CAPA programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering; 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 7+ years manufacturing experience in semiconductor, automotive, or highly regulated industries.
• 5+ years leadership/managerial experience in quality function.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor customer requirements.
• Experience leading quality investigations using 8D, 5 Why, or similar tools.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Site Quality Team; mentor and guide site through strategic improvements.
• Develop and mentor the Quality organization to support company growth.
• Drive site-specific quality goals aligned with ALAM global KPIs.
• Resolve customer product quality complaints and drive robust CAPAs.
• Lead deployment of internal processes to meet internal and customer quality requirements.
• Promote data-driven decision making using SPC, FMEA, QCP, and MSA.
