Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Quality role supporting a manufacturing operation.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and problem solving tools.
• Experience developing measurement techniques for complex parts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ERP software, and quality documentation practices.
• Experience with audits and quality systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate QA, QC, and batch records for materials and products.
• Maintain CoA generation and data analysis related to specs and shipping limits.
• Serve as SME in quality systems used within the unit.
• Communicate with production, maintenance, warehouse to optimize processes.
• Develop and review metrics monitoring quality control points.
• Lead organizational change to address complex quality problems; resolve issues.
• Assist in internal audits and supplier/customer audits; support QMS.
• Write, revise, and review work instructions and training tools.
