Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, including sterile products and aseptic operations.
• Experience with CDMO, biotech, and vaccine production preferred.
• 5+ years acting as a Qualified Person is preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience building high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for engaging senior executives.
• Strong ability to attract, hire, and develop diverse talent.
• Proactive and strategic approach with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to make high-impact quality decisions and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Site Quality and Regulatory team to maintain flawless quality and compliance.
• Maintain and continuously improve site quality systems and processes.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture prioritizing quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain proactive relationships with regulatory authorities and clients.
• Act as a role model and drive change aligned with Thermo Fisher values.
• Coordinate with DPD EU & APAC QLT and partner with sister sites and global functions.
