Job summary

TRUST-BUILD ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervision and Coordination professional in Singapore to oversee day-to-day site operations on civil engineering projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, mobilize manpower and materials, enforce design specifications, prepare monthly and weekly progress reports, attend site meetings, and conduct inspections to guarantee compliance with authority guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field recognized by PE Board.
• At least 2 years of engineering experience.
• Experience on civil engineering projects of similar scale, nature and complexity.
• Experience on construction sites with high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations with subcontractors.
• Monitor daily on-site progress and identify delays or issues; implement corrective actions.
• Mobilize manpower and coordinate planning, ordering and delivery of materials.
• Oversee execution of works per design specifications and regulations.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for in-house, owner, and consultant submissions.
• Compile weekly site progress reports and updates on project status.
• Attend site meetings and conduct inspections to ensure quality control.
