Job summary

Grandtech Construction is seeking a Civil Engineer to support on-site activities, with responsibilities spanning planning, progress monitoring, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors. You will ensure safety and proper execution of site procedures while liaising with Resident Engineer and clerk of works.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of on-site experience and is preferably PE Board registered, ready to manage day-to-day site challenges in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must be a Civil Engineer registered or eligible with PE Board.
• Minimum 3–4 years of site experience.
• Experience in on-site supervision and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Arrange work on site as directed by Project Manager/Site Manager.
• Liaise with consultants for submission and approval of materials and shop drawings.
• Plan, programme and monitor progress on site.
• Coordinate inspection work by Resident Engineer and clerk of works.
• Handle technical and engineering problems on site.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedures on site.
• Monitor and coordinate works of subcontractors for structure and architectural works.
