Job summary

Grandtech Construction seeks a Civil Engineer to join our on-site team in Singapore. You will report to the Project/Site Manager and help plan, program and monitor work progress while ensuring adherence to safety procedures.

You will liaise with consultants for material submissions and shop drawings, coordinate inspections with the Resident Engineer, handle on-site technical issues, supervise subcontractors, and ensure proper execution of structural and architectural works.

Qualifications

Civil Engineer with PE registration preferred.
1–2 years of experience minimum.
Singapore PE Board registration preferred.

Responsibilities

Report to Project Manager / Site Manager for the arrangement of work.
Liaise with consultants for submission and approval of materials and shop drawings.
Plan, program and monitor work progress on site; coordinate inspection work by Resident Engineer and clerks of works.
Handle technical and engineering problems on site.
Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedures on site.
Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors for Structure and Architectural works.
