Job summary

TECHGRAND PTE. LTD. is seeking a Resident Engineer (Civil & Structural/Geotechnical) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to lead site supervision on major building construction and deep excavation projects in Singapore.

The successful candidate will possess a recognized Civil & Structural Engineering degree and be accredited by Singapore's PE board. You will coordinate with project consultants, CAG, QP(S), and QP(Geo) while ensuring strict compliance with codes and quality standards.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
Minimum 5 years of relevant Civil & Structural experience.
Experience supervising major building construction and deep excavation works.

Responsibilities

Lead the C&S site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by project consultants.
Exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills; ensure compliance with codes.
Prepare and submit progress reports and QA documentation.
