Job summary

Alcon in Singapore and Johor seeks a Senior Procurement Site Head to lead all site-level procurement and strategic sourcing across Chemicals, Packaging, CAPEX/MRO and General Services. You will partner with site leadership to drive cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and supplier performance in support of manufacturing objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years procurement/sourcing, manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading site or regional procurement operations.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level procurement and strategic sourcing for AML and CVJ.
• Develop category and site-level sourcing strategies to ensure cost competitiveness and supply resilience.
• Own site-level budgeting, spend tracking, and governance in partnership with Finance and MS&T.
• Build and develop a high-performing site procurement team and foster a culture of accountability.
