Job summary

AZ MAINTENANCE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily duties across multiple sites and ensure efficient service delivery. You will supervise staff, manage site deployment, and liaise with clients to resolve issues while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising operations and teams across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of WHS standards and compliance with regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.
• Ability to manage stock and supplies across sites.
• Strong communication with clients and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily duties and optimize resources across sites.
• Supervise staff attendance and site deployment.
• Support periodic cleaning services, including occasional weekend shifts.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure cleaning standards.
• Report major issues to Operations Manager and liaise with clients.
• Enforce WHS standards and company policies.
• Monitor stock levels and draft site reports.
