Job summary

AZ MAINTENANCE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations & Team Supervisor to oversee daily duties, supervise staff, and optimize resources across designated sites in Singapore. The role includes client liaison, quality control, safety compliance, and administration tasks with a focus on efficient service delivery.

The candidate will conduct site inspections, report issues to the Operations Manager, and ensure proper use of chemicals and PPE, while maintaining accurate records with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily operations and supervise teams across sites.
• Ensure staff attendance tracking and on-site deployment.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with WHS regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and management to resolve issues.
• Monitor stock of cleaning chemicals and consumables.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned daily duties across designated sites are carried out efficiently & operational resources are optimized.
• Manage staff attendance tracking & site deployment to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met & maintained.
• Promptly report major shortcomings, equipment faults, or operational issues to the Operations Manager.
• Act as a key communication link between Clients, Management & on-site cleaning staff.
• Gather client feedback/comments & proactively present actionable solutions to the Operations Manager.
• Enforce & maintain strict Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards, ensuring compliance with WHS Act & regulations.
• Monitor correct usage of cleaning chemicals (COSHH/ SDS) & PPE.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) needed for staff deployment schedules, draft site reports & record meeting minutes.
