$3,500 – $5,000/month

We’re looking for a Site Operations & QS Coordinator who can bridge project administration with quantity surveying support

Your Role at a Glance

You’ll be the backbone of project site coordination, providing essential support to the Project Manager and keeping everything—from documentation to budget tracking—running on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & QS Admin Support

  • Organize site documents, drawings, and client instructions
  • Prepare and verify drawings and Bills of Quantities (BQ)
  • Source and compile supplier quotations
  • Maintain document tracking logs and site records
  • Attend variation meetings with PM, Consultants, and Main Contractors
  • Assist with general project administration and reporting

Cost & Claims Management

  • Conduct site checks and record variation works
  • Review and monitor subcontractor claims and payment progress
  • Support evaluation and certification of completed works
  • Track material orders and outstanding deliveries
  • Help prepare and finalize project quotations
What You Bring to the Table
  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Background in M&E works is a strong plus
  • Confident handling deadlines and multitasking under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
