Job summary

The role focuses on ensuring smooth project execution through proactive coordination, documentation, and adherence to site safety and reporting requirements.

Candidates should be able to liaise with suppliers, track progress, and assist with payroll data processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower relocation by liaising with suppliers and external parties to ensure smooth project operations
• Monitor project progress by tracking scheduling, costing, and technical details to support project management
• Assist purchasing by sourcing special materials, raising CRFs with detailed item descriptions, and arranging transport for supplier self-collection
• Verify product accuracy by meeting with suppliers to confirm correct deliveries
• Arrange safety equipment calibration and collection to maintain compliance and operational readiness
• Obtain approvals from Project Managers and process renewal of entry passes for staff and workers to ensure site access
• Monitor and update entry pass statuses for various work locations such as Jurong Island and Changi Airport
• Collect and submit weekly diesel consumption reports to support operational tracking
• Ensure regular cleaning and pest control activities are completed to maintain site hygiene
• Oversee operational tasks including management of rubbish and scrap bins to maintain site orderliness
• Schedule and monitor company site drivers to ensure timely job completion
• Assign duties and coordinate tasks for mechanics to support maintenance activities
• Collect timesheets from projects and accurately enter data into Info Tech systems for payroll and record-keeping
