Job summary

A3 ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily operations on complex projects. You will supervise workers, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure timely, safe execution on-site.

Applicants should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, leadership and communication skills, and readiness to work extended hours when required on Singapore projects. An relevant degree is advantageous.

Qualifications

Relevant supervisory experience in a related industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Willingness to work extended hours including weekends/public holidays.
Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of complex work activities.
Supervise and coordinate workers, including allocation of tasks and monitoring performance.
Resolve operational and technical issues independently on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and company requirements.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination.
Monitor progress and maintain necessary reports and documentation.
Available beyond standard hours based on operational needs.
