Job summary

SMART CONS & ENG PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment, deployment of workers, and daily site activities in Singapore. You will monitor progress and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will prepare weekly/monthly progression reports, manage material requisitions and cost control, maintain thorough documentation, attend daily site meetings, and lead a team of workers. Familiarity with AutoCAD or BIM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction/site teams on large projects.
• Strong coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare and present progress reports.
• Proactive in ensuring safety, quality and compliance.
• Experience in material requisition and cost control.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records.
• Willingness to perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
