Job summary

ADDCEL ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead on-site teams and ensure project success. You will oversee direct workers, plan resources, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence across MEP and piping installations.

The role demands deep ACMV system knowledge, strong project control, and exceptional people management and communication skills to coordinate up to 100 workers and multiple subcontractors on complex industrial

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of Construction Implementation experience using direct workforce.
• Deep experience in industrial ACMV systems.
• Experience in process utility systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Email.
• Excellent project control and people management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our Project Manager to ensure success of the project.
• Manage direct work teams of up to 100 workers with good experience in MEP system construction, piping and equipment installation.
• Plan, organize and manage our in-house construction team to execute works on schedule with quality and safety.
• Monitor and control the usage of material, manpower and machinery on site.
• Devise and propose construction methodologies to improve constructability, quality and safety.
• Provide support to colleagues to ensure they can complete the assigned work.
• Provide on-the-job training to colleagues.
• Manage and control manpower budget.
