Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of electrical engineering projects in the power/energy sector in Singapore.

You will coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, internal teams, budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance and profitability. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and a commercial mindset to

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project execution within the power, energy storage, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of project cost control, contracts, and profitability.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning, execution, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee site activities, subcontractors, vendors, manpower, logistics, and project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and maintain proper project documentation and reports.
• Manage project budgets, costs, profitability, contracts, variation orders, claims, and final accounts.
• Build strong client relationships and provide technical solutions and value engineering.
• Identify opportunities for additional works, business development, and future projects.
• Support tendering and proposal activities with technical, commercial, and execution inputs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and perform other duties as assigned by management.
