Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Site Manager / Construction Manager in Singapore to oversee all site work alongside the Project Manager.

You will supervise scheduling, procurement, site progress, quality, safety and cost control, while coordinating with consultants and leading on-site teams to meet the master programme.

Strong communication and leadership are essential, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Singapore and requires hands-on project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in structuring and engineering.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise all site work in cooperation with the Project Manager.
• Assist in work scheduling, material requisition planning and project supervision.
• Monitor day-to-day operations including site progress, quality, safety and costs.
• Carry out regular site inspections to identify issues and remedy them.
• Coordinate with Consultants on submission reports and assist with audits.
• Organize site operational meetings on project matters.
• Support MOS construction plan and implement PM systems and quality management.
• Lead teams to deliver on time according to the master programme.
• Ensure daily manpower is sufficient to fulfill deliveries and installations.
• Monitor equipment usage and allocation; provide weekly reports.

• 1. The Site Manager is responsible for the organization and supervision of all site work in cooperation with the Project Manager.
• 2. Assist in work scheduling, material requisition planning and project supervision.
• 3. Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations including site progress, quality ,safety and project cost monitoring.
• 4. Carry out regular site inspections to identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions.
• 5. Assist Project Manager to liaise and coordinate with Consultant regarding submission reports and facilitate HDB audits.
• 6. Assist Project Manager to organize respective site operational meetings on related to project matters.
• 7. Compilation of the construction plan MOS. Implementation of project management system and quality management system.
• 8. Lead teams to perform and deliver on time in accordance with project master programme.
• 9. Plan and ensure daily manpower is sufficient to fulfil project deliveries and installation.
• 10. Monitor equipment usage and allocation.
• 11.Monitor work progress and provide weekly reports during meetings.

Requirement

• 1. At least Diploma, preferably in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in structuring and engineering.
