Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Singapore seeks a Site Lead to orchestrate all facets of site operations for a critical client facility, driving exceptional workplace experiences on-site and leading an integrated facilities team.

You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety systems, and building automation, while steering vendor contracts, budget oversight, and safety programs to ensure optimal performance and compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in facility management or property operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex facility operations including mechanical systems, building automation, and vendor coordination.
  • Proven track record of budget development and financial management for facility operations.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with CMMS and facility management software platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple sites as needed.

  • Implement and maintain comprehensive safety and compliance programs, conducting regular audits and ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Lead emergency response coordination and business continuity planning, serving as the escalation point for critical facility issues.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives and workplace innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance building performance and occupant satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure asset longevity and reliability.

What this job involves:

As a Site Lead at JLL, you'll serve as the strategic leader and primary point of contact for a critical client facility, orchestrating all aspects of site operations to deliver exceptional workplace experiences. You'll lead an integrated facilities team while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations across maintenance, vendor management, safety compliance, and budget oversight.   • Background in sustainability initiatives including LEED, ENERGY STAR, or similar green building programs.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline).
  • Experience with capital project planning, management, and execution.
  • Familiarity with integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) and IoT building technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in change management and process improvement initiatives.
