KONE PTE LTD is seeking a Site Manager to lead safe, high-quality, and efficient installation of KONE solutions. You will oversee site preparation, coordinate with builders and contractors, and ensure readiness for customer handovers.

The role emphasizesLEAN principles, timely delivery, and proactive customer communication, with responsibility for installation flow, cost management, and team leadership on site.

Qualifications

• Experience from construction industry or elevator industry is an asset.
• Safety and quality management.
• Customer relationship management.
• Project management (phase 1).
• Installation resource planning and management.
• Understanding of installation methods and relevant laws and standards.

Responsabilités

• Site supervision ensuring safety, quality and productivity during installation and handovers.
• Use of correct installation methods and tools by the team; perform risk assessments.
• Proactive site preparations, readiness, customer deliverables and site visits.
• Verify site execution plan and manage field cost during pre-delivery and installation phases.
• Maintain MS 3c material delivery to site and monitor S-plan milestones.
• Support Project Manager and Project Admin in payment status verification per S-plan.
• Plan and organize installation activities, logistics and resource needs.
• Coordinate handover to installation teams and contractors with clear scope and timelines.
• Lead continuous huddles to prevent interruptions and improve flow; reduce waste.
• Manage variation sales and change orders and ensure costs are attributed and collected.
• Ensure installation scope is completed; perform final testing and handover to maintenance.
