Job summary

KONE PTE LTD is seeking a Project Manager to lead safe, high-quality installation of KONE solutions. You will head the installation team, ensure readiness for handovers, and coordinate with the builder, customers, and subcontractors across the installation lifecycle.

Focus on Lean processes, risk assessment, material control, and on-time delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and cost targets. This role offers exposure to global elevator projects with a leading industry partner.

Qualifications

• Experience from construction or elevator industry is an asset.
• Strong safety and quality mindset required.
• Customer relationship management experience beneficial.
• Project management experience essential (phase 1).
• Ability to plan installation resources and schedules.
• Experience managing installation performance and budgets.
• Understanding of installation methods and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of subcontractor management and contractual basics.
• Lean principles experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, high-quality installation and handovers.
• Ensure use of correct installation methods and conduct risk assessments.
• Prepare sites, manage readiness, and coordinate with customers and suppliers.
• Verify site execution plans, costs, and milestones.
• Control material flow and logistics to site; receive and inspect goods.
• Lead installation teams and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Drive lean improvements and waste reduction on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and timely project communications.
