Job summary

KONE is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead safe, high-quality installation of the KONE solution on site, coordinating with builders and contractors to ensure readiness and successful handovers. You will drive Lean-based improvements, manage materials and resources, and ensure safety, quality, and cost control throughout the installation lifecycle.

You will also serve as the main KONE interface with customers, delivering clear communication and thorough documentation from site to maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience from construction or elevator industry is an asset
• Safety and quality management
• Customer relationship management
• Installation resource planning

Responsibilities

• Site supervision: accountable for safety, quality, and productivity during installation and handovers; ensure use of correct methods and tools and perform risk assessments.
• Plan and organize installation activities, site storage and logistics, and needed resources and tools; manage materials and site delivery milestones.
• Act as the primary customer contact for site management, ensuring proactive communication and customer satisfaction during installation and handovers.
• Lead and develop the installation team and subcontractors; drive Lean-based continuous improvement and timely completion of milestones.
