Job summary

Anradus Pte. Ltd. in Tampines is seeking a Project Coordinator to support installation activities for semiconductor facilities. The role is permanent and on-site, with 5.5 days of work per week from 9am to 6pm (Sat 9am-1pm).

You will coordinate daily site tasks between the Project Manager, installation teams, clients and subcontractors, maintain progress reports, and ensure adherence to drawings, method statements, and safety procedures. On-site problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project coordination or site coordination in construction or installation projects.
• Experience in semiconductor facilities or controlled environments is a plus.
• Ability to read basic engineering and installation drawings.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with multiple parties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities between the Project Manager, installation team, client/main contractor, and subcontractors.
• Act as the main coordination point for installation-related site issues and assist in resolving them promptly.
• Identify and resolve site issues affecting installation progress.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors when their work affects installation activities.
• Escalate technical, safety, schedule, or site issues to the Project Manager and follow up until resolution.
• Monitor installation progress against project schedules and highlight potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate site preparation before installation, including access, work area clearance, equipment locations, and other requirements.
• Attend site coordination meetings and project discussions as required.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and installation updates.
• Maintain records of site issues, photos, completed works, and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate manpower and installation sequence with supervisors and teams.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, method statements, client requirements, and site procedures.
• Assist in checking installation locations, reference points, and site conditions against drawings.
• Support project handover, inspections, rectification works, and completion documentation.
• Ensure installation teams comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
