Job summary

Sanofi in Singapore seeks a strategic Head of SMS Program to lead deployment of the Sanofi Manufacturing System (SMS) across the site and drive continuous improvement across Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety and People. This role partners with Global SMS and site leadership to embed standardized operating practices and governance.

You will develop upskilling roadmaps, deliver coaches and trainings, and steer cross-functional programs for sustainable performance gains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Operational Excellence or Lean/Six Sigma in pharma or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation and change management.
• Knowledge of SMS operating standards and certification framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and evolution of the SMS 2.0 across the site.
• Drive transformation initiatives, cost savings and KPI improvements.
• Establish governance for benefits realization and sustainability.
• Develop SMS capability roadmaps and training programs.
• Oversee resources and budget for SMS deployment and Factory 4.0.
