Job summary

PRESSCRETE ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to review project specifications, manage scheduling, supervision, cost control, and QA/QC on site. You will coordinate with Structural, Architectural and M&E staff to resolve issues and ensure timely progress.

A diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of residential, government and commercial project experience are required. Dynamic, self-motivated professionals who can handle deadlines and work well in a team will

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in residential, government and commercial projects.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines (Structural, Architectural, M&E).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• On-site supervision experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
• Carry out construction work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Coordinate with Structural, Architectural and M&E staff to resolve arising problems and issue.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of work.
• Perform QA/QC role on areas assigned and ensure safety regulations are complied on site.
