Job summary

BH BUILDERS & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is looking for a Site Engineer to assist the Project Manager with planning, monitoring and organizing on-site activities.

The role involves planning day-to-day work programmes and overseeing progress, arranging manpower and machinery, and coordinating with subcontractors to meet quality and schedule targets. The candidate will evaluate and resolve technical discrepancies, manage site workers, ensure quality, and enforce safety and environmental regulations,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating site activities and supervising workers.

Responsibilities

• TO ASSIST PROJECT MANAGER IN OVERALL PLANNING, MONITORING & ORGANIZING ON THE PROJECT.
• TO PLAN DAY TO DAY WORK PROGRAMME & OVERSEE OF THE PROJECT PROGRESS.
• DAILY SITE ARRANGEMENT FOR MANPOWER & MACHINERIES.
• TO LIAISE WITH SUBCONTRACTORS & ENSURE TIMELY COMPLETION OF ALL WORKS ACCORDING TO QUALITY SPECIFICATION & WORK SCHEDULE.
• TO EVALUATE & RESOLVE ANY DISCREPANCIES & PROBLEMS ARISING AT SITE (TECHNICAL MATTERS).
• TO MANAGE, SUPERVISE & COORDINATE SITE WORKS & WORKERS.
• TO SUPERVISE & ENSURE QUALITY OF WORKS ACHIEVED & TO COMPLY WITH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS.
• TO ENSURE WORKERS COMPLY WITH THE COVID-19 REGULATION
• WILLINGLY TO HELP OUT IF SHORT OF MANPOWER
