Job summary

TIANMING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily construction activities on the project.

You will lead a team of operation staff on-site, monitor worker deployment, and ensure adherence to safety standards and WSHE regulations. You will also coordinate planning, scheduling, material requisitions, and documentation, ensuring on-time progress within budget while maintaining high quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience in Singapore.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specs and plans.
• Familiar with construction methods, planning, materials and equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities on the project.
• Lead a team of operation staff in daily site operations.
• Monitor deployment of general workers on-site and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain and manage site storage areas for materials and equipment.
• Plan ahead for deliveries, storage, and pre-empt on-site issues.
• Ensure progress is within budget, timelines, quality, and WSHE regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers and attend site meetings as required.
• Report to the Project Director and oversee site coordination.
